Please contact us with any return needs. Due to the nature of our product and the way they need to be handled, we will not accept returns of opened products. Unopened products may be returned with a 20% restocking fee. We may replace a product if the unused portion is returned with prior verification from us.

We are happy to cancel any orders that have not left our warehouse. Email our support team to cancel and receive a full refund. If the order has shipped, a refund can be issued once the product is returned, less any shipping costs. Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise arranged.
